Terms of Use
The basic terms that apply when you visit the DueHarbor public website or join the waitlist.
Effective September 5, 2026
About these terms
DueHarbor is operated by First Commit Software, LLC. In these terms, “DueHarbor,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to First Commit Software, LLC.
By using this website or joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or submit the form.
The website and waitlist
This is a pre-launch website. Joining the waitlist lets us send you DueHarbor product and launch updates. It does not create an account, guarantee access, reserve pricing, or promise a launch date or specific feature.
You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in an email. Our use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
You may use the website only for lawful purposes. Do not interfere with the site, attempt to bypass security or rate limits, submit information you are not authorized to use, introduce malicious code, or use the waitlist for automated or abusive submissions.
Ownership and feedback
The website, brand, design, and content are owned by First Commit Software, LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. You may view the site for your own lawful business evaluation, but these terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.
If you voluntarily send feedback, you allow us to use it without restriction or compensation, provided we do not publicly identify you without permission.
Third-party services
The website relies on third-party hosting, analytics, and email services. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services that we do not control.
Disclaimers and liability
The pre-launch website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation, or the accuracy or completeness of website content.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, First Commit Software, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the public website or waitlist. Our total liability relating to the public website or waitlist will not exceed 100 U.S. dollars.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limits, so these provisions apply only to the extent permitted by law.
Changes, termination, and governing law
We may update or discontinue the website or waitlist and may revise these terms. Updated terms apply after they are posted with a new effective date. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the site, users, or our rights.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute must be brought in a state or federal court located in Nevada, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
