Privacy Policy
How we collect, use, and protect information on the DueHarbor public website and waitlist.
Effective September 5, 2026
Who operates DueHarbor
DueHarbor is operated by First Commit Software, LLC. In this policy, “DueHarbor,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to First Commit Software, LLC.
Information we collect
On the current public website, we collect:
- Waitlist information: the email address you submit, along with the source and consent purpose associated with the signup.
- Basic website analytics: page views and technical information such as the page visited, referrer, browser, device, and general location information made available through normal web requests and our analytics provider.
- Security information: limited request information used to validate submissions, prevent abuse, and keep the site reliable.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information through the public website or waitlist. Please do not submit confidential business or customer information through the waitlist form.
How we use information
We use this information to:
- manage the waitlist and send product or launch updates;
- understand which public pages are useful;
- respond to questions and privacy requests;
- prevent spam, fraud, and misuse; and
- comply with applicable law.
Service providers and sharing
We use service providers to operate the website, manage the waitlist, deliver emails, and understand basic page usage. They process information on our behalf only as needed to provide those services.
We do not sell your personal information or share it for independent marketing. We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business transaction such as a merger or acquisition.
Cookies and browser storage
The website may use cookies or similar technologies for essential operation, security, and basic page-view analytics. We do not use advertising trackers or session replay.
We do not use analytics to track your activity across unrelated websites or online services over time.
Retention and your choices
We keep waitlist information while we prepare and communicate about DueHarbor. Unsubscribing stops marketing emails; you may separately ask us to delete your information. We may retain limited suppression records so we can honor an unsubscribe request and keep records when required for security or legal reasons.
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe option. You may also ask to access, correct, or delete your information, or request that it not be sold. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
Security and children
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. DueHarbor is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the product and our practices change. We will post the revised policy here with a new effective date and provide additional notice when a material change requires it.
